Woody Hillyer joined KBC Advisors as a Market Leader to expand the firm’s project leasing team and drive strategic growth opportunities in the Houston market. His extensive experience in project leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and site selection has made him a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining KBC, Woody served as the vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he was an integral part of a high-performing team, assisting in the management of a leasing portfolio of over 40M SF. Over the course of his career, Woody has successfully completed more than $400M in transaction volume. Along with his deep market knowledge and strong industry relationships, Woody's expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, where he has consistently delivered value to property owners, tenants, and investors through data-driven insights and a client-centric approach. He graduated from the Texas A&M University where he studied political science. Woody, his wife and three young children live in Houston. Outside of work, Woody enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, and Aggie football.
