In 2016, we left behind the world of traditional industry practices to find a different way of doing things. KBC Advisors was founded on the chance to disrupt and revolutionize an industry—with our clients at the heart of our business. KBC started as a real estate services firm in Seattle, Washington with nearly a dozen employees. Today, we are a full-service real estate advisory firm with more than 200 employees and 17 offices nationwide. We have been fortunate to represent some of the world’s most recognized companies—growing alongside them, supporting their evolving real estate needs and offering real business solutions. Our growth has always been meaningful. We have expanded to new markets and business lines where there has been opportunity and more importantly, where it has best served our clients. That approach will never change. In times of change and growth, we have never compromised on who we are.
