Will Carney is a Broker at KBC Advisors in the Dallas office, where he focuses on industrial site selection, land acquisitions, project leasing, and tenant representation throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. As part of a four-person industrial team, Will helps manage a large industrial leasing portfolio and is directly involved in negotiating lease and sale transactions on behalf of tenants, developers, and investors. He leverages deep local market knowledge and strong industry relationships to support client strategy and execution across a wide range of industrial assignments. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Will worked with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics platform in Dallas, where he focused on industrial land sales, leasing, and tenant representation. Earlier in his career, Will worked with CT Realty Investors, where he supported industrial real estate development efforts through financial analysis, underwriting, and modeling related to acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities. His development background provides a strong analytical foundation and a valuable perspective to owners, users, and investors navigating the industrial real estate market. Outside of his professional work, Will is actively involved with The Touchdown Club of Dallas and serves as a member of the Alumni Board at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He was born and raised in Dallas and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
