Sam is a recent graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he earned a BBA in Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management. During his time at UGA, Sam developed a strong analytical foundation and a deep understanding of logistics, operations, and market dynamics. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Sam gained experience working with a high-performing industrial team at CBRE, where he supported national market surveys and conducted financial analyses for lease comparisons across multiple clients. His exposure to large-scale industrial operations provided him with valuable insight into market trends, tenant decision-making, and data-driven advisory work. Outside of work, Sam enjoys golf, backpacking, weightlifting, and attending live music events.
