Ryan spent the last 22 years with Duke Realty starting his real estate career as a leasing associate right after graduating from Indiana University. Ryan spent a couple of years getting the cops called on him and kicked out of office buildings while canvasing in the Chicago suburbs. He worked to learn the leasing, transaction, and development business with Duke, ultimately becoming one of their top producers on both the office and industrial side of the business. Over the past 5 years, Ryan has led the development and leasing efforts on more that 15M SF of build to suit and speculative industrial development across the Midwest with costs in excess of $1 billion. Ryan is proud to have ended his tenure at Duke as Senior Vice President overseeing all facets of the leasing and development operations for the Central Region which included over 40 million square feet of industrial assets and over 1,500 acres of land held for development. Ryan is the proud dad of 3 children (Sean, Brody, Shay) and husband of 19 years to Pam. When they are not at hockey rinks supporting all three kids' travel hockey “careers”, they enjoy spending time outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, wake surfing, and fishing. Over the years Pam and Ryan have helped to raise over $200,000 to support Children’s Heart Foundation and Mend a Heart, two charities which support education awareness and medical research for pediatric congenital heart defects.
