Ryan joined KBC to help improve the company’s data ingestion processes, lead technology scope for onboarding/offboarding and introduce new tools to enhance efficiency, leveraging his technical expertise. Prior to joining the Data and Products team full-time, Ryan was an intern with KBC, where he assisted with data management and automation processes. He currently supports improvements to internal data pipelines, explores ways to utilize AI-driven tools and supports IT to enhance the employee experience and internal tracking systems. Ryan graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and computational thinking with a concentration in economics and a minor in film studies. While at Gonzaga University, Ryan tutored student-athletes in computer science and math related subjects. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, baseball, basketball, and volleyball. He also loves discussing movies and spending time outdoors, practicing landscape and wildlife photography. As a proud Gonzaga alum and bulldog owner, he’s a true Bulldog at heart.
