Pauline brings a strong background in geospatial analysis, automation, and data visualization, with experience supporting both federal and municipal clients such as the US EPA and the City of Chicago. Prior to joining KBC, she worked as a GIS Developer at AECOM, where she collaborated on the EPA’s Get the Lead Out (GLO) Initiative—applying machine learning models and developing Python scripts to optimize lead service line inventories and replacement planning. Pauline also supported the City of Chicago’s Department of Water Management, where she helped manage the department’s GIS Enterprise system and automated processes to support daily operations. Originally from Chicago and now based in Seattle, Pauline holds a degree in Urban Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cities and winding down with a good film or TV show.
