Patrick Nilan specializes in industrial leasing, site selection, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and development site sourcing. He advises corporate occupiers on real estate strategy and transaction execution across multiple markets. Before joining KBC Advisors, Patrick spent more than a decade in sales leadership and consulting at athenahealth, where he helped physician groups and health systems improve operational performance and execute strategic initiatives. Atlanta-born and raised, Patrick earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife and daughter, traveling and playing golf.
