With nine years of experience advising national industrial occupiers and some of the most active institutional owners in the country, Michael is known for his deep command of Chicago’s infill industrial market and his ability to translate complex real estate decisions into clear, defensible business outcomes. His work spans hundreds of millions of dollars in transaction value and includes advisory relationships with leading ownership groups such as Logistics Property Company, Ares Management, Prologis, Brookfield, and 601W Companies. Michael’s tenant-representation practice is built around identifying the lowest total cost of occupancy, not simply the lowest rent. He partners closely with clients to analyze labor dynamics, transportation networks, supply chain efficiency, and available economic incentives before shaping a location and negotiation strategy. This approach allows occupiers to make long term decisions that align real estate with operational performance, workforce stability, and growth. He is particularly focused on last-mile and infill opportunities within Chicago’s most supply constrained submarkets, where zoning, entitlement risk, labor access, and municipal nuance materially affect outcomes.
