Mandy Mota leads how KBC Advisors operates and scales, responsible for the firm’s platform, systems, and operational execution across markets. Her work focuses on aligning people, process, data, and technology to support consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients while enabling KBC’s continued growth. Mandy plays a central role in designing and implementing KBC’s integrated, end-to-end real estate platform. She oversees multiple platform teams and is responsible for translating strategy into execution—building shared systems, standardized workflows, and proprietary tools that support the full transactional lifecycle, from site selection and transactions through portfolio analytics and long-term planning. Her leadership helps ensure KBC remains entrepreneurial while operating with the rigor required to support complex, multi-market portfolios. Throughout her career, Mandy has supported large corporate clients across industrial, office, retail, and data center assets. She brings deep transactional and portfolio experience, having managed complex, high-volume transaction pipelines, and long-term portfolio strategies at scale. That background informs her work today, grounding platform design and operational decision-making in real-world brokerage and client needs. Prior to joining KBC, Mandy held roles at global brokerage and real estate firms, where she developed a strong foundation in transaction management and portfolio execution. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Marquette University. Mandy grew up in rural Northern California but has called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, preferably camping in the mountains.
