Lexi Bartz is an experienced GIS professional with over five years of delivering advanced geospatial solutions that support data-driven decision-making. During her time at KBC Advisors, she has completed more than 1,000 client projects, including portfolio optimization strategies, transportation cost modeling, detailed labor analysis, and landlord site marketing efforts. As a Senior GIS Analyst, Lexi manages geospatial projects for KBC’s East Coast offices, helping clients uncover actionable insights that drive strategic real estate and logistics decisions. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a certificate in Geographic Information Science from Oregon State University. Known for her analytical rigor and collaborative approach, Lexi plays a key role in aligning geospatial intelligence with business goals across a wide range of industries. After spending eight years on the West Coast, Lexi returned home to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, crocheting, reading, and finding new creative hobbies. She’s also the proud dog mom of a senior chihuahua with strong opinions and a love for naps.
