Kirsten joins KBC as a land specialist, bringing years of data-driven site selection and market intelligence experience to the role. She most recently worked at Aimco, where she was a Development Associate involved in ground-up multifamily, hospitality, life science, and retail projects in Colorado. Prior to that, she was an Industrial Analyst with Colliers International in Eastern PA, assisting with over 30 MSF of lease transactions and land sales totaling $200M. She holds a master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a bachelor’s in environmental studies from Tulane University. Kirsten is from the Philadelphia region and currently resides in the city. She loves being outdoors and is working on completing a bike tour on each of the continents excepting Antarctica.
