Kevin launched his real estate career in 2005 at Neil Walter Company (Seattle), focusing on leasing and selling industrial properties across the Puget Sound. Since then, he’s completed deals throughout North America, with a specialty in large distribution centers—and has even led competitive capital processes for Fortune 500 build‑to‑suit projects. Before commercial real estate, Kevin worked in advertising sales and in the front office of the Seattle Mariners. His client roster ranges from local companies like Georgetown Brewing and Schwartz Brothers Bakery to institutional ownerships including Prologis, Terreno, CenterPoint, Deutsche Bank, Lift Partners, and Infill Partners. Raised in Eastern Washington, Kevin now spends his downtime traveling with his family. Most weekends, he and his wife log more miles than a distribution fleet chasing their kids around the country for lacrosse tournaments.
