Kevin Bucio is an Associate at KBC Advisors in the Dallas office, specializing in sourcing and executing industrial land and tenant representation opportunities across the DFW market. His primary focus includes identifying strategic land sites for listings, development pursuits, and developer client presentations, while collaborating closely with KBC’s development, leasing, and land teams. Kevin also partners with senior brokers on tenant representation assignments, contributing to site selection, transaction negotiation, and client strategy. Prior to joining KBC, Kevin worked with Panattoni Development Company and Scannell Properties, where he led industrial site sourcing efforts, due diligence, financial underwriting, and project management throughout the development lifecycle. His development background provides a strong analytical foundation and a valuable perspective to owners, users, and investors navigating the industrial real estate market. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the SMU Cox School of Business.
