Katelyn joined KBC as a leader focused on portfolio strategy for enterprise accounts across the firm. Prior to joining KBC, she spent 9 years at CBRE across several roles that included leading Portfolio Strategy for one of the largest technology companies in the world. Katelyn then led a team of Transaction Managers and Capital Markets professionals for a large multinational manufacturer that successfully closed synthetic leases across the globe. Most recently she led sales & solutioning and delivery for the Midwest region for Americas Consulting. Some of her clients included McDonalds, GE Aerospace, Edelman, St. Jude’s Hospital, Krispy Kreme and Cigna where she led the delivery of work spanning all practice areas: Portfolio Strategy, Workplace Strategy, Change Management, Site Strategy, Labor, etc. Prior to her career at CBRE, Katelyn was at United Airlines where she was in FP&A, Strategic Sourcing and then Corporate Real Estate. With 15+ years of consulting, strategy, transactions and financial analysis experience, Katelyn leverages her broad background to understand business situations, conceptualize and execute on both the short and long-term objectives of her clients. A huge fan of her hometown Chicago, Katelyn earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. She enjoys traveling, tennis and going out to brunch with her husband and three children.
