Julia plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of KBC Advisors' New York industrial commercial real estate team. She supports both KBC brokers and a diverse portfolio of national and local tenant and agency clients, bringing a client-focused mindset and a strong understanding of the unique demands of industrial assets. Her work helps streamline transactions, improve team efficiency, and foster collaboration across the broader KBC network. As a licensed broker, Julia also manages transactions within the New York market. Originally from Seattle, WA, Julia earned her degree in Finance and Sales from the University of Washington. She began her career with KBC Advisors in 2020 at the Seattle office and transitioned to the Manhattan team after two years. Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring everything New York City has to offer.
