Jeremy joined KBC in September 2025 as part of the Market Intelligence team, bringing a background in data analytics and applied data science. A graduate of Penn State University, Jeremy gained experience in data visualization and insights through his internship at LoanStar Technologies, where he created and refined Power BI dashboards to track business performance and identify growth opportunities. He is excited to apply his analytical skills to the world of commercial real estate and continue learning from the KBC team. Jeremy grew up in Downingtown, PA, and stayed close to home by attending Penn State University (We Are!). Outside of the office, he loves to play sports such as ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and softball. He also dabbles in videography, loves traveling, and is always up for a good conversation about Penn State football or Philadelphia sports.
