Jake Perry

Jake originally joined KBC Advisors as a brokerage intern in Philadelphia before joining the New York team as an Associate Broker. Prior to KBC, Jake had experience at CBRE on their retail investment sales group. He played college hoops at Franklin & Marshall for a year before transferring to Bucknell University, where he completed his degrees in Economics & Political Science. Alongside his work, Jake is currently pursuing a Master's degree at NYU in Real Estate Finance & Investment. In Jake's free time he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with friends & family. He also enjoys trying new restaurants all around New York City.
