Graham brings two decades of commercial real estate experience in Central Texas, with deep expertise in site selection, leasing and land acquisition. He joins KBC Advisors from Cordova Real Estate Ventures, an Austin-based development firm specializing in land entitlement and development. Prior to Cordova, Graham built a strong track record representing tenants, landlords and a broad range of institutional clients — including national banks, convenience and quick-service retailers, casual dining groups, shopping center REITs, institutional property owners and prominent regional developers. His work has spanned third-party acquisitions of land and income-producing properties, as well as general partnership investments across Texas. Graham began his real estate career at Weitzman following his graduation from Baylor University. He is an active member of his church in Austin and serves on the board of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society. Outside of work, Graham keeps busy with his wife and four kids. When he can find a moment, he enjoys golf, hunting and getting out into the mountains.
