Frederick brings a combination of data analytics skills and real estate experience to KBC’s Atlanta team. After graduating with a B.S. in Statistics from the University of Georgia in 2021, Frederick began his career working as a consultant at Atlanta Deferred Exchange Inc. In his role at ADE, Frederick helped clients understand the IRS regulations for a successful tax-deferred exchange and find suitable property purchases in a hot market. Frederick enjoys trail hiking and jogging, biking, snowboarding, really anything that involves exploring nature. Hobbies also include playing guitar and making music with friends, and spending time with family.
