Francisco Vazquez joined KBC in 2025 to support capital markets initiatives nationwide. He brings experience from Cushman & Wakefield’s West Coast Industrial Advisory Group and Office Capital Markets teams, where he covered California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and Utah. During his tenure, he supported more than $7 billion in transaction volume. Francisco holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Finance from Arizona State University, graduating with honors. Outside of work, Francisco is an avid traveler who has backpacked through more than 30 countries and a former competitive collegiate swimmer. He also enjoys photography, sketching, and playing electric guitar.
