Dakota Kolar

Dakota joined KBC Advisors as an Associate Broker, where he supports the Philadelphia team’s brokerage operations. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Dakota interned with Ladder Capital in New York City, where he gained experience in debt underwriting. He also previously interned with Patriot Equities, where he gained perspective and knowledge of the equity side of commercial real estate. Dakota grew up in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn State University, where he studied Real Estate and Finance. During his time at Penn State University, he was heavily involved in THON (the world’s largest student-run philanthropy) and Greek Life. He also spent four summers as a beach lifeguard in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. In his free time, Dakota enjoys golfing, skiing, and fitness.
