Carter Clemmensen joined KBC Advisors in 2026 and focuses on securing commercial debt financing for industrial assets nationwide, overseeing the origination, structuring, and execution of transactions. He is active across a broad range of capital sources, including banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, and debt funds. Prior to KBC, Carter was with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he supported the execution of hundreds of commercial real estate debt transactions across multiple asset classes, capital structures, and markets. Carter holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Business with a finance emphasis from Loyola Marymount University. Outside of work, Carter is likely playing golf or traveling to play golf. Carter’s enthusiasm for golf is much greater than his skill level.
