Carter Clemmensen

Carter Clemmensen joined KBC Advisors in 2026 and is responsible for securing debt financing nationwide. He structures and executes financing solutions across a range of property types, with a primary focus on industrial assets. Carter has extensive national relationships with the industries’ diverse capital sources including commercial and investment banks, life insurance companies, institutional investment managers, and debt funds, which he uses daily to facilitate his clients’ debt requirements. Carter earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a graduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. Outside of work, Carter is likely playing golf or traveling to play golf. Carter’s enthusiasm for golf is much greater than his skill level.
