Blair originally joined KBC in 2020 and, after a year, pursed an opportunity to live abroad. She returned in 2024, bringing a renewed perspective and continued dedication to enhancing the KBC People Experience. Her focus is on streamlining operational efficiency and strengthening compliance through thoughtful process improvements and impactful engagement initiatives. As a Tennessee native, Blair earned her bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, with a concentration in Urban and Community Health and Political Science. Her professional experience spans administrative support for both clients and employees, primarily within the medical and non-profit sectors. When she's not working or travelling, Blair enjoys reading, running, and anything involving her six-year old Golden Retriever.
