Bella Rosa joined KBC Advisors as a Brokerage Intern with the Phoenix team during the summer of 2025 before transitioning to Client Services. She supports transactions by partnering with brokers and clients to prepare deliverable documentation and ensure projects move efficiently from inception to completion. Bella earned her Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Development from the University of Arizona, along with double minors in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. Her academic foundation, combined with her experience at KBC reflects her passion for the industry and delivering exceptional, knowledge backed service. Outside of work, Bella enjoys staying active, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.
