KBC Advisors are seeking a passionate and proactive Product Enablement Specialist to help drive user adoption, engagement, and feedback loops across core technology platforms.
The person in this role will be responsible for the user experience for our key data and technology platforms including Salesforce (Rethink CRM), Power BI, ArcGIS, and AI-driven platforms. Based in Atlanta, this role works at the intersection of Product, Data, and end users, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and value-driven experience across our growing tech suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Product and Data to define and execute enablement strategies that improve user engagement and productivity
Serve as a go-to expert for Salesforce, Power BI dashboards, ArcGIS applications, and our AI platforms, translating features into benefits for users
Collaborate with internal teams (brokers, client services, research, operations) to gather feedback, identify friction points, and close the gap between tools and usability
Design and deliver training materials, onboarding programs, and usage guides tailored for Commercial Real Estate professionals
Track product adoption metrics and create feedback loops to help inform product development and improve UX
Provide 1:1 coaching and group enablement sessions, particularly during product launches or feature enhancements
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful rollout of new tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enablement tools (LMS, walkthroughs, feedback collection)
Experience with CRM customization or reporting workflows
Familiarity with AI tools used in lease abstraction, data ingestion, or analytics
Education and Experience
3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or Product Management in a B2B SaaS or tech-focused environment
Proven experience supporting end-user adoption of platforms like Salesforce, Power BI, ArcGIS, or AI tools
Deep understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry, its workflows, stakeholders, and language
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance
Comfortable working in a cross-functional role, bridging product, data, and user teams
Highly organized, resourceful, and energized by problem-solving and user success
