KBC Advisors is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate.
As a Client Services Coordinator at KBC, you will be responsible for transaction and administrative support for our Seattle brokerage team. We’re looking for motivated, organized individuals with experience assisting brokerage teams in creating strategic plans and deliverables for transactions in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and track transaction deliverables including project tracking, preparing and editing marketing collateral, and creating campaign calendars and strategies
Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online/email campaigns by partnering with the KBC marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging
Regularly create and distribute property listing information, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client/tenant/company projects (tours, open houses, etc)
Maintain property listing websites
Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets
Maintain local market data, partnering with Market Research and Data teams for best practices
Maintain Seattle marketing and deliverable template library
Research property attributes and ownership information, continually updating KBC records to reflect accurate and up-to-date information
Assist in efforts to enhance our proprietary database and drive data entry, identify process and tool improvement opportunities
Provide general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals
Support Seattle office operations including ordering supplies, reconciling office expenses and receipts, and acting as point of contact for building management
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Products including Photoshop and In Design required
Proficient experience/skills with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and property database systems preferred
Experience with Matterport preferred
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in Business or Marketing (or similar field)
2+ years prior experience, ideally supporting commercial brokerage transactions or research
The expected compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $82,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and geographic location.This role may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, as well as a benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, subject to eligibility requirements.
