Brokerage Data Intern

KBC Advisors is searching for a Brokerage Data Intern to join our Austin, TX team this fall! As a Brokerage Data Intern, you will learn from KBC’s leading brokerage professionals and gain real-world experience in industrial real estate sales and research.

Interns in this program will have an opportunity to support commercial real estate transactions through hands-on work and shadowing experienced sales professionals. Projects in this program include dissecting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting market research and partnering with KBC platform resources to complete special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Research property attributes and ownership information, continually updating KBC records

Manage market data and findings, supporting KBC tracking and databases

Support data standardization processes for the purposes of marketing and industry collateral

Monitor and support maintenance of project tracking systems to ensure completion

Support business development projects

Preferred Qualifications

Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to collaborate with a team and execute individually

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with CRM databases, such as Salesforce, a plus

Education and Experience

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program

Previous internship experience a plus

Demonstrated leadership experience (including campus organizations, group projects, etc.)

Must be available to work a minimum 10 hours per week in our Austin, TX office (in person)
