Andrea was born and raised in Seattle, attended college in California, and now calls Tennessee home. She cut her teeth with some of Seattle’s top developers, creating demonstrated value throughout the life cycle of real estate development with extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions, underwriting, and leasing. Fifteen years later, she decided to leave the dark side and use her powers for good. Andrea has worked across multiple asset classes with an emphasis in using data to inform decision making and drive profit.
When not in the office, Andrea can be found spending time with her family, waking up freakishly early to watch F1, and discussing critical issues like “What is the greatest album of the 1990s?” (Answer: definitely not “Siamese Dream.”) Andrea has a deep curiosity for the world around her and zero sense of direction; she’s been lost in 46 states, 18 countries and counting. She adamantly refuses to relinquish her Seattle Seahawks season tickets.
