Shaundy Muchin

Shaundy’s background has primarily been focused on building strong and agile teams that are empowered for growth, while remaining closely connected to understanding customers’ needs and expectations to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction. She began her career in real estate with Starbucks in 2005 within Property Management and then transitioned to T-Mobile taking a short pause from real estate to work within operations and then in procurement, ultimately leading the procurement of real estate outsourced services, primarily on the operational relationship and contract management between JLL and T-Mobile.

Living in Snoqualmie with her husband Greg and daughter Hailey, they enjoy the small town lifestyle while remaining connected to the big city. Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Shaundy and her family enjoy boating on Lake Washington and the Puget Sound, cheering on the Seattle sports teams, hiking, road trips, camping, and neighborhood bonfire nights intermingled with the craziness of their daughter’s activity and social calendar.
