Dan began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2015, as a summer intern for its Dallas/Fort Worth industrial tenant-representation team. Through hard work and creating exceptional client outcomes, Dan quickly transitioned his internship into a full-time brokerage position upon graduation from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. During his four and a half years at CBRE, Dan represented over 16 million square feet of transactions - reflecting over $330 million in lease consideration. Throughout the industry, Dan is known for driving value for his clients through his persistence, creativity, warm demeanor, integrity, and inherent drive to go the extra mile.
Texan by choice, Dan’s love for Dallas and knowledge of the local market has been his calling card in his career. He will always surprise you with random historical facts or anecdotes – providing value, and color, to any transaction he works.
For Dan, civic leadership is essential to his being. He has a leadership position with the non-profit, In the City for Good, in its role in the privatization of Dallas’ National Historic Landmark, Fair Park. He gives back to his alma mater by mentoring and guest lecturing real estate students in SMU’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate. Dan is an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church, is a Dallas Stars season ticket holder, and can be seen cruising around Dallas in his 1965 Mustang convertible with his hands firmly at 10 and 2.
More than hard work and dedication to building something greater than oneself, Dan’s goal is to make every place he goes better because he was there. He is motivated to deliver exceptional real estate outcomes for his clients.
