The Capital Markets team of KBC Advisors is seeking a Senior Production Analyst to join their capital markets investment sales team in their Los Angeles (West Hollywood), California office. This position will join a growing team focused on equity raises, capital markets financing and production. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial/underwriting concepts, thrives in a fast-paced environment and strives to create a collaborative environment amongst team members.

As a Senior Production Analyst, you will be responsible for support of our overall transaction portfolio and serve as a team lead for financial analysis, underwriting and leveraging market data.  

Responsibilities:

  • Support team by financial analysis and underwriting of complex investment sales & equity raise projects (across multiple geographical markets)
  • Generate, review and understand reports; aggregate research findings and data from multiple sources to create complete analysis, improvements and presentations
  • Create of opinions of value, offering memorandums, equity/investment financing packages and presentations
  • Provide reports from internal and vendor databases in support of production
  • Organize, develop and oversee all aspects of multiple related projects, ensuring the strategic direction of the client and business partnership
  • Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools to expand capabilities and support of the program
  • Identify and drive recommendations for client and process improvement
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, and timelines
  • Perform complex ad hoc projects, as requested by brokerage team

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal skills. Positive, innovative approach to problem solving. Able to present ideas in a clear, understandable and organized manner. Expert level in Excel, Argus and proficient in other software in the Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of previous work experience in commercial/industrial real estate. Expert level in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Salesforce preferred. Expert level experience with Argus software required.
