KBC Advisors is seeking a Senior CRM Product Manager. In this role, you will support our commercial real estate firm in evolving our Salesforce instance through understanding the organizational structure and business requirements, assessing implementation feasibility for feature requests and initiatives, utilizing project prioritization and change management.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of database design to drive completion of initiatives making sure overall usability of the system is improved and changes are adopted. We are looking for someone with experience in strategic management of CRM design and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with KBC leadership, client and technical resources to identify solutions needed to drive alignment across multiple lines of business, teams and office locations
  • Along with internal stakeholders, develop and drive a prioritization process for feature requests and initiatives in Salesforce, as well as related systems & reporting tools
  • Manage internal or external CRM developers and designers to implement Salesforce platform solutions, meet business requirements and disseminate new or updated workflows
  • Lead the development team through initiatives and ensure that the solution meets specifications and standards defined; translate functional requirements into tactical solutions for our team
  • Build relationships with client users and internal KBC team to ensure services are delivered and adopted

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce functionality in commercial real estate industries (brokerage, research, development).

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce and other CRM tools

• Understanding of key CRM Business Architectural concepts

• Project Management experience with focus on design, facilitating development, testing and delivery

• Ability to facilitate complex discussions and experience with change management/user adoption
